1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the ti444 platform and all its associated services. By browsing the website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If a user is found to be operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and funds held in them may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. All transactions carried out from your account will be treated as your own. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact our support team immediately.

3.3 Updating Your Information

If any of your personal details change (such as phone number, email, or payment information), update your account immediately. ti444 will not be responsible for issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Limits & Methods

Payment methods currently supported on ti444: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal requests can only be made from verified accounts.

4.3 Transaction Security

4.4 Refund Policy

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ti444 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳42,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, for a total of ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within its specified validity period.
• A bonus offer cannot be used more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• If fraudulent or abusive activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• ti444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

5.4 VIP Program

ti444's VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members can receive up to 0.5% weekly cashback, Silver members up to 1.0%, and Gold members up to 1.5%. Advancement to a higher tier depends on a member's regular activity and engagement with the platform.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only considered valid once the system confirms it. If a bet is not confirmed due to a network failure or disconnection, ti444 will make a determination based on the system logs.

6.2 Game Results & Disputes

All game results are determined by a random number generator (RNG) or a live feed. ti444 follows a fair play policy. If there is a dispute over a game result, our support team must be notified within 48 hours.

6.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows bets on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The odds displayed at the time of confirming a bet are fixed at that moment. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be voided and the staked amount will be refunded.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a server error, power outage, or any other technical reason, ti444 will review the session data and make a reasonable determination. In such cases, ti444's decision is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using a false or another person's identity.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions (bonus arbitrage, collecting bonuses via multiple accounts, etc.).
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to place bets.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the game or betting system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive behaviour against other members.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to ti444's systems.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Account Closure by ti444

ti444 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse is found.
• Failure to pass age verification or providing false information.
• When required for legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 Account Closure by the Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any available balance at the time of the closure request may be withdrawn (subject to applicable conditions being met).

8.3 Self-Exclusion
